Auction Buying

How to buy a vehicle from us out of the Auctions by Oversea and Domestic Sale

Occasionally we find the best deals through our dealer approved database and even private sales, but most of the Pre-owned Vehicles we purchase are done from the Japanese auctions due to the accessibility and trust we have with their inspections.

Contact – First please let us know which vehicles (make & Model) you are looking for by Email, Fax or Phone through our Contact us section. We will forward you pictures, specs and all of the information provided about the vehicle such as the auction sheet, Dealer Approved Information, etc.

Auction Purchasing

Memberships – We are members of the following Japanese Auctions:

  1. JAA – Japan Automobile Auction
  2. USS – Used Car System Solutions Auction
  3. AucNet – Online National Auction
  4. Weekly Auction – Truck and HQ Equipment Auction

Purchase

Domestic - We understand that the purchasing of a vehicle from an auction without seeing it would make hesitant about weather the condition of the car will be high grade or even if you will receive the vehicle at all. For those living in Japan we invite you to come on down to our dealership and see that we are an official dealer and to view our establishment. We will go through the auctions together and look at the specs. Then if you want to we can go down and even look at the car together in the holding yard the day before the auctions are held. See also: Documents Required – Domestic.
Overseas Customers - We will email you a scanned Registration Certificate for our company and a letter of recommendation in order to reinsure your trust in our company before receiving any payment. See also: Documents Required – Overseas.

Payment

Domestic Customers - We will require a 20% industry standard security deposit for us to start or search. Once the car is bought out of the auctions we will require the balance of payment for the car to be transferred into our account before we will register the car into your name. See also: Fees associated with Purchasing a Vehicle – Domestic.
Distant Location - Your vehicle will be put on a carrier and delivered to your door.  We will not drive it all around Japan and put more KMS on the car then need to be.  We will treat your Dealer Approved Used car with the same respect as we would one of our own New Stock Cars.
Overseas Customers – We will require a 50% Security Deposit for first time customers. As our relationship grows over time this rate can and will be reduced. Once the vehicle is purchase we will send you a copy of the bill of purchase of the vehicle either by fax or email. We will at that point require you to make the final payment into our account for the remanding balance. See also: Fees associated with Purchasing a Vehicle – Overseas.

Inspection - As you may or may not know the Japanese Auctions have some of the strictest standards in the world for inspections. For you the buyer this is a good thing!  By law the Auctions have to show us the complete history of the car including how many owners it has had and if it is an accident damaged car or not. As buyers we receive Inspection Sheets form the auctions about the cars. We then send our own specialists down to the auction to get our approval on the quality of the car before making any purchase. All of the cars that we buy are Top Quality with dealer Approval Ratings. We are an Official Dealer here in Japan and not just an Auction Buyer so we have to take pride in any vehicle that we sell off of our lot or it would come back to haunt us in sales Nationally. (Note* purchasing a used car through the auctions has advantages as the initial depreciation value on the car has been dropped. As soon as registration has been placed on a car it is considered a used vehicle and the value drops. Even if the car has 100km on and never left the lot!)

Shipping - We ship world wide to all countries! Before purchasing a vehicle from us, please check with your local government for regulations on importing the vehicle that you are interested in. There is nothing worse then buying a car shipping it have way around the world just to find out that it will not meet regulations for your country. The vehicle will be sent on the first available Role on Role off or Container Shipment after confirmation of receiving your payment. We will send you both a fax and email as to the shipment details. If the vehicle is not immediately eligible for import into your country due to national import regulations, then the vehicle will be stored in our warehouse until the import is possible.
