The personal seal is a stamp that you have registered previously with your city, ward, town or village office and from which you can receive a Seal Certificate (inskan shomeisho). Only one personal seal is available by law and is only used for important dealings. To register the vehicle on your behalf we will need to exhibit your signature on the purchase documents and your personal seal. You can obtain one at your Embassy, local city, ward, town village office where you are registered as a resident. If you have not already registered a personal seal you will need one first.

Power of Attorney (ininjo)

This contract is required if you would like us to represent you in all of the processes needed to complete registration on your vehicle. Being a two step process it consists of one document sheet stating we are entrusted by you to purchase the vehicle and finally a signature of acceptance when you receive the vehicle from us.
